A good night's sleep leaves us refreshed, relaxed and ready to take on the world.
Sleeping well keeps our complexion looking it's best. Now there is another reason to make sure you get your beauty rest. Researchers have discovered that women with poor sleep habits are much more vulnerable to heart disease than men.

Studies at Duke University showed that women who do not sleep well developed high risk factors for both diabetes and heart disease. Men's risk factors stayed the same. Along with eating well and exercising, developing good sleep habits is one way we can keep ourselves healthy and living longer.
