How can you safely lose those five extra pounds before the New Year? Here are a few things that you can do starting today. First, cut out all snacks for the next seven days. That means all the potato chips, crackers, Starbucks lattes, etc. Second, when you do eat, cut out all second helpings and third, cut all sweets from your daily diet. That means all cakes, cookies and desserts. Hit the gym; even if it's for just a 20 minutes a day. And last, but not least, drink lots and lots of water. Good luck! We know you can do it!
