Valentine's week is a good time to reflect on our relationship patterns and what we can do to improve our dating and relating skills. Go back and write down what attracted you to those bad boys and a pattern will emerge.
Write down what you don't like about the good guys, and you will see that history does repeat itself. The next time you are attracted to a bad boy, remember your list and pass him by. We don't have to understand all the details about why our history happened; we just need to be determined not to repeat it.
