1. Look the Part - the first thing your date will notice is you, so make it memorable! Ladies, avoid gallons of cleavage, too much make-up and claw-like nails. Take some time to groom yourself in an understated, yet elegant way. Guys, avoid gallons of cologne or aftershave, too much self-tanner and chewed up nails. When trying to woo a woman, remember, subtle is better than brash!

3. Be Positive - don't weigh your date down with negativity. It's a given, there's negativity in the world, but on your date, try to focus on all that's positive out there.
