no and no. the first sexual act can never be redone even if you have a hymen replacement. the thing is by now you know what to expect so the emotion/excitement/feelings ect. arent the same as the first time. now if you go without for a while well hormones are going crazy because you havent had it in awhile its still not going to be like the first
