The DDHG Empowers Fund, in partnership with the Dade Community Foundation, is dedicated to investing in the futures of women and girls, helping them develop their voices, skills and talents.
DDHG Empowers is a national, multi-issue women's fund that focuses on empowering women in all areas of their lives.
Our vision is that women and men join forces to create a society in which women are equally recognized for their value, talents and contributions.Through its expertise and financial support, DDHG Empowers champions women's causes by effecting changes in public policy, the political arena, philanthropy and social policy.
We fund projects that promote and protect the health of women. We equip low-income women with the tools they need to succeed in emerging from poverty. We also engage in many other projects that support the efforts of women and girls to take charge of their lives and influence the world around them.
And we need your help. We are building an online coalition of women and men who feel as strongly as we do that women should be empowered with knowledge, confidence and self-esteem. Whether it's time, ideas, connections or money, we are looking for any and all resources we can bring to bear on this critical social issue.
The worth and dignity of every woman should be valued, both from within and from without. Will you join us?
