| Hey just need a little advice.. I want to be able to lose what belly fat I have but the problem is that i have a very bad back (all my problems are in my spine itself)and regular exercise causes me terrible pain.I would like to know if anyone would know how i can melt the pounds without the pain.. I try to eat right but can't seem to get rid of the pooch..Plus I've had two children..Any advice would be greatly appreciated.. |

Sadly, since you back is screwed up, you can't do any exercises for your lower abdomen. To exercise your lower bas, you have to exercise your lower back, as it is what is using the most muscles while you exercise your tummy. Having 2 kids also adds to the pooch of your lower belly. My advice, is liposuction. Diet pills, etc are unhealthy, and since you eat right and can't do too many exercises, that is my suggestion. You MAY want to attempt leg scissors: lay flat on your back and lift your legs (while keeping them straight) up and down , crossing them back and forth at the same time you are going up and down. This is an easy exercise to do while watching TV. It MAY hurt your lowert back tho. It is the only exercise that flattened my tummy QUICKLY.

If you go on a high protein diet and take omega three and six fatty acids it will burn the fat away and the omegas will help the skin from hanging when your belly goes.

You need to see a doctor and get medical advice that's right for you.
