I have been doing at least 1 hour of cardio at least 4 days a week for just over 1 month. I have been watching my diet, and i'm getting NO results.
I'm feeling really discouraged, and i'm starting to lose ambition. I've lost nothing, and gained 2 pounds.
Here is my routine.
30 minutes on the eliptical-i burn around 250 calories.
30 minutes on the tredmil-i burn 100 calories with no incline.
10 minutes on the stairs-i burn 50-60 calories.
Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong? Does anyone have any advice on how they lost weight?
Any input wiould be MUCH appreciated. |

| have you tried power walking that seems to work for alot of people. dont drink diet sodas or anything sugary for that matter. salads actually contain alot of water. proteins are good for muscle development. if you drink alot of water and eat alot of greens that will give you water weight. |

i had the same problem..
but i got my body fat measured when i started working out and then each 2 months. the first month i didnt lose any weight but lost 4 % body fat.
when you start working out you will gain muscles which will help you burn fat on the long run. just keep that in mind, also, muscles weigh more than fat...
