It's a Lifestyle Change. Shocked Question How? I know you are thinking that right now while eating your 2nd or 3rd bowl of ice cream. I know you because I used to be you. I keep a pic of me I took with a friend in Nov 2006 vowing to never be that big again and I look at it a lot to remind me who I was.

How did I do it? Look below:

1> you need to go through your fridge, your pantry, and your freezer. Toss out the old stuff, give away or barter your starchy foods ( pastas, macaroni and cheese etc, frozen meals EVEN LEAN CUISINE], sodas EVEN DIET-- If you exercise these items can be added back in but gradually and in small portions.

2> stock up on fresh fruits and veggies and lean cuts of meat, seafood. The meat and seafood can be baked grilled, or poached. I grill veggies too.

Keep in mind your actual stomach is the size of your fist so engorging yourself to feel in the saddness is the reason you are over weight. Eat 6 times a day if you have to but in small portions .

Not only was I obese but I developed severe Sleep Apnea and Fibromyalgia. Eating too much can KILL YOU so STOP!

3> drink water: lots of it throughout the day ( it fills you up before a meal so you eat less too. Some alternatives to Sugar are Stevia, Splenda and the normal alternatives. Even sugar is ok in small amounts. Just stay away from High Fructose Corn Syrup!

4> use balsamic vinegar and olive oil for your salads, Braggs Amino Acids or lite vinegarette even just a squeeze of lemon juice with a little oil is good. DO NOT USE RANCH THOUSAND ISLAND, etc

5> if you work a sit down job and really want to get in shape and lose weight, take on a high intensity part time job like delivering pizza or deli delivery. Keep in mind you will be running, jumping down walls if needed and running up stairs.

I worked for Pizza Hut a Chinese restaurant and Jason's Deli and believe me after a few months of carrying huge trays and buckets of drinks and ice you will feel the burn.

So here I am today 7/25/2009 a size 14 from a size 24, previously weighing 280 pounds, my neck was 17 1/2 inches. It is now 14 1/2.
There is some fact to the rumor of losing your boobs when you lose weight but it depends on you and your body. I was a 48DDD, now down to a 38 DD or 40DD.

I am not done losing weight an inches so it's a work in progress.

I am inbetween jobs and started to clean for people to make ends meet.
I do a lot of bending and omg I feel the burn. I clean at home and I cook. I average 5-6 hours sleep a day and since my bad streak with men in my life and posting my ex on here, I met someone who loves me for me.

When you commit to a Lifestyle change you will be amazed at what other things happen in the process.
