Ok so im in the military and they have me working shifts. The night shift to be exact. So instead of waking up at 4am I wake up at 4pm. My schedule is totally messed up, so my question would be is it more healthy to eat according to my schedule or to eat according to what time it is?
Also can anyone give me a good cardio work out, other then walking, with low-impact on the legs? I have stress fractures from my hips to my feet so I cant exactly run and some of the exercise machines at the gym hurt too. So im just curious as to what suggestions there are out there. |

You should function according to YOUR schedule, not the schedule that normal society runs to. Since you need low impact, a good exercise would be stationary bicycle, also, water aerobics- not the old geezer variety, but the active variety.
