| Before my menstruation period, my breasts get really, really tender. It drives me nuts. What do you ladies do to relieve the pain or how do you prevent it? |

Tylenol PMS may work for you. You can give it a try.
I switched to 100% vegan and 100% organic skin creams.
The parabens and chemicals in the other stuff make my skin tender and rashy quite often. So pms-ing time I'd want to crawl out of my skin until I switched lotions.
The change in lotions alone helped me.
You can try one or the other or both.
Luck to you |

thank you. I'll try that. No matter what it's probably one step above laying down and whining. |
