Picture this - You're at work and the hottie you've been dating for six weeks drops you an instant message - "I'm just not in2u anymore. Sorry" - and you're understandably heartbroken. So what's a girl to do when the she's been dating e-dumps her?

Step One - Write your ex back with something clever but confident like Me2 or ImNotIn2U Either. You're not a weepy willow and he's lack of decorum isn't going to turn you into one.

Step Two - Don't wallow in self-pity. Any guy who is crass enough to dump you via e-mail or text message is not a guy you want to be dating anyway. Thank your lucky stars that he gave you a big clue into how much class he actually lacks.

Step Three - Move on! You're fabulous and you need to get out there and let people know it. Don't take your ex man's shabby break-up techniques as a sign that you are somehow to blame or in some way inferior because of what he did to you.
