Help! I Want Revenge on My Ex
Q. Dear Sonia,
I know this is awful and it's so out of character for me but I'm looking for ideas on how to exact revenge on my ex. He's pretty awful, He's let me walk home in a dangerous neighborhood at 4 o'clock in the a.m. after kicking me out of his house, he's lied to me over and over, we have a brand new daughter and he left me when I was pregnant and now he comes around but refuses to get a job to help take care of his daughter. I've known him for 7 years and granted it is my fault at this point for taking him back so many times but he needs to learn a lesson. I feel like if I just get him back then my anger will dissapate some. I've tried things on my own like breaking up with him and refusing his calls but nothing I do really gets to him and I'm too much of a lady to have sex with one of his friends and I know that will get to him. So ladies any tips would be great. I just want to get him back once and for all then let him go.
A. How about just letting him go? Getting him back will just solicit more drama, and it sounds like you have had enough of that. So....how about letting your happiness be the best revenge. Go to therapy and talk about why you tolerated this behavior for so long. Dissipate your own anger so that you can find happiness.
