Help! My Ex is Holding Something Over My Head
I am having a problem that I need help with. Five years ago, my boyfriend and I were having a little bit of too much fun and we were drunk. We decided to make a sex tape together.
After I sobered up, I told him that I wanted to discard it because I didn't want that type of stuff around and he said he did. Now after five years and one child together I decide to break it off because of our differences and constant fighting.
Now he is threatening to air the sex tape on You Tube and send it to all my friends in Myspace and print pics and send them to my parents if I deny him the right to see his son. I am not denying him of seeing his son but I am taking him to court for child support and he got all mad. I don't know if there is any legal action that I can take against him for airing something private of ours and defaming my character. I have a 14year old boy who is always on the computer and I don't want him to see that either. Did I mention that my ex is 45 years old. I don't know what to do!

You should go to the police. What your ex is attempting to do is extortion. He is threatening to publicly humiliate you if you don't do what he says. You should also contact an attorney, but your first step is to contact the police right away. And in the future, don't make anymore sex tapes, please! -- The Average Guy
