Matthew has severe financial issues. After working for a good job right out of high school, he has never saved a dime, and doesn't own anything. His car is always on the list for repo and he still lives at home. One would think with no bills to pay, he would have money saved. He is tens of thousands in debt with credit cards, bills, and closed bank accounts from being overdrawn so much! Matthew also has a lot of problems with personal hygene. He rarely showers. In his job, he should be showering twice a day since he is out on the field and in sewers. However, if you are lucky, he will shower twice in a week. He doesn't wash his clothes regularly, rarely changes his socks, and overall has a very messy appearance. Once you date him for awhile, he lets himself go and smells horrible!
