Matt Bishop (prefers to be called 'Tank') is a lowlife. When you first meet him he seems extremely charming, funny and polite. After you get to know him a little (usually after he's strung you along for a while) you will soon realise he is arrogant and overconfident, an excuse-maker, and needs to control every situation... unless he's high on pot. Something else you don't find out until after a couple of months is that he lives with his mum (he's 30) with no plans on moving out anytime soon. He will treat you like the whole world until he has gotten a little action. The more you give him the worse it gets (not better). My advice is stay well clear of him. If he starts making his moves on you, make your own - towards the nearest exit! In short: decietful, drug-user, committment-phobe, sleaze, arrogant, overconfident/egotistical, controlling.
