This is a REPOST - all of this is true about this man and he may be deployed in Iraq but is a very dangerous man. He does not care about you or anyone but himself.
Beware of the allure of this army reserve officer. He uses his website about his time in Iraq and his animal rescue as a way to get hooked up.
He uses online dating services to find women and men to hook-up with. He has joined services that find Japanese wives also. He prefers unprotected sex so with all his partners.... you should beware!
He has cheated and lied to his partners for years including his last marriage.... He blames his pyscho ex-wife for his heart break but he quickly makes you feel like you are the only one and you have a future.
He was recently exposed and several of his partners dumped him but sadly not all of them did... he was able to lie and keep a few like his live-in girlfriend who lives in Portland in his house, a naive ROTC 19 yr old freshman student from the University of Santa Clara, and countless others around the US at different military bases with hopes that he emails and talks to by phone when he has time but the army keeps him so busy training that he does not have a life. That is what he wants you to believe. To feel sorry for him. Some of these partners only see him once or twice a year if they are lucky. Others more.
He had women believing that he was coming back to the SF Bay area for Christmas and New years 2006. These women were making special dinners for him but he never showed up. Did they dump him? No! They believed that the army kept him from having that time off! He is a reservist - a civilian who gives two days a month to the reserves. We have been duped! He was never where he said he was. He was home in Portland with his girlfriend.
He has convinced the remaining women that some crazy "iranian chick" is trying to ruin him. How is that possible when all of his affairs have been documented by a private investigator, including phone records, photographs and more. These women and men are ready to come forward and talk to the ones who do not believe. He continues to lie to everyone and hope that he can get away with this deception. Do not get taken in by his southern accent or his gentle ways. He is a very good liar and cheat, *** narcissist who only cares about getting what he needs to fill his empty life, that is sex with men and women but even then it does not satisfy his lustful nature.
Who does not believe an Officer and a Gentleman? You should run from this man, he is a dog of the worst kind.

You hide behind the military pretending to be full-time but we all know you are not man enough to be "regular" Army you are a wannabe reservist who pretends the Army has you off on special trainings and missions so you have excuses for screwing men and women around the country. You have been found out and you have been found lacking a spine and honor.

To the Women and Men who have been involved with Jarrell Duncan Southall during the time of 18 October 2004 through 22 December 2007: As you may know, I was Jarrell Southall's girlfriend/domestic partner
from October 2004 through December 2007. Needless to say, the
information on the Don't Date Him Girl website mentioned me on
numerous occasions.
In October 2006, I received an annoymous phone call tell me that
Jarrell (JD or Duncan as many of you call him) was cheating on me.
Jarrell continued to deny this and told me numerous times that our
relationship was being "torn apart." In January 2007, I received a
package of photocopied screen shots of his emails. Again, he was home
with me in Portland at the time and asked me to let him handle this
issue. He claimed that a "crazy Iranian chick" (I will not name her
here) was to blame for all of these problems because as he put it in
an email to me - she is jealous.
Jarrell dismissed many of the women in his life as friends or "lesbo's
or "liberal hippie's or "soldiers from his unit" - not who he was
really to you - a boyfriend or lover. He went so far as to tell me one
of the women who sent a "Breakfast in Bed" Gift Basket to our home in
Portland was his "unit secretary who wanted something from him that he
could not give her."
Now, I am not sure what he told you about me, but I wanted to clear
the air and let you know that we are involved in a legal matter where
he is suing me and I am countersuing him. As part of the countersuit,
you have been named as one of the people whom he has been involved
with during the time we were domestic partners residing together and
sharing a home in Portland from August 2005 - December 2007.
It is with great regret that you are involved in this aspect of a
tragic relationship, but Jarrell has endangered all of us with his
reckless lifestyle and careless actions.
I am prepared to take this legal action as far as it needs to go and
as the documents filed are public record, I wanted you to hear from me
why you were named.
At this point it is too premature to know if you will need to be
diposed as a witness for this legal action but at least you are aware
and know from me that I have the documentation, records, emails, phone
bills and other proof that will back up my claims about Jarrell and
his many intimate relationships from penpals to physical.
As many of you may have moved on, this will be disturbing news,
however, it was never my intent to go this far but as Jarrell is
taking a legal action against me, I must now defend myself. I left him
on 22 December 2007 and it is not over for me nor will it be any time
soon.

I was married to someone in the army, for three years, very similar behavior. I know I can't paint with a broad brush here, but for enlisted, THIS IS STANDARD AND TYPICAL BEHAVIOR. YOU SHOULD EXPECT THIS FROM ARMY ENLISTED/ARMY RESERVES.
